10 Ways to Earn in the Modere Career Path

Diving into the details of the Modere compensation plan may appear complex, but it is all simplified by focusing on three natural behaviors: acquiring customers, becoming a team leader, and developing team leaders. Focus on these key activities and you will excel. Listed below are the 11 ways you can earn income as a Modere Social Marketer.
1. Breakout Bonus
Earn up to an additional 15% on the first purchase of every new customer or Social Marketer within your pod during your first 30 days as a Social Marketer.
2. Dynamic Team Leader Bonus
As a Team Leader, you can qualify to earn the Dynamic Team Leader Bonus on your Social Marketer Unilevel Commission. This will allow you to earn an additional 5% on the paid level where you generated the largest amount of Marketer Points (MP).
3. Rank Advancement Bonus
When you are promoted to Team Leader Social Marketer or Elite Social Marketer, you will receive a Rank Advancement bonus of up to $750 or $12,000, respectively. The total bonus earnings will depend on how many months you maintain the specified rank.
4. Rank Advancement Matching Bonus
As a Social Marketer, you will earn $250 each time a Social Marketer from your team reaches Team Leader. You will also earn an additional $250 per month for the second and third consecutive months that he or she maintain Team Leader.
5. Social Marketer Unilevel Commissions
As you progress further through the career path, you will earn anywhere from 3%-5% on each pay level within your organization—up to 8 levels deep!
6. Customer Unilevel Commissions
As a Social Marketer, you will earn 3%-5% on the purchases made by all customers who are linked to the Social Marketers in your pod.
7. Sharing Bonus
You will earn anywhere from 10% - 20% of the Customer Points in your pod. As the number of CP in your pod increases, your earning ability increases too!
8. Monthly Selling Reward
You will receive the Monthly Selling Reward when you achieve specific levels of CP and a minimum Active Customer Count (ACC) in the same month. You can earn this bonus every single month you meet the requirements. The Monthly Selling Reward generously ranges from $100 to $500 and is earned in addition to the Sharing Bonus.
9. Consistency Selling Reward
The Consistency Selling Reward is an additional $100-$500 bonus that we award when you earn the Monthly Selling Reward for three consecutive months.
10. Leadership Development Bonus
When you achieve the rank of Team Leader or above, you will become eligible to earn a match on your Social Marketer Unilevel Commissions, Customer Unilevel Commissions, and Breakout Bonuses deep within your team.
